If you perform, you move fast -- after just 3 completed sets, you 're eligible to be promoted into a Sales Closer role, where earning potential increases significantly. This is a 1099, commission-only, door-to-door role designed for people who want more than a paycheck. What You 'll Do (Setter Phase) * Knock doors in assigned residential territories * Start professional, face-to-face conversations with homeowners * Identify interest and set quality appointments * Learn communication, confidence, and discipline in the field * Hit daily activity goals and performance standards You'll be outdoors, on your feet, and learning by doing. Fast Path to Closer We promote based on performance -- not time. * After 3 quality sets , you are eligible to begin closing deals * Closers run in-home appointments and present solutions * Top performers continue into leadership and management roles Many reps transition into closing within weeks depending on execution and consistency. Compensation * Setter commissions: $500-$1,000 per completed deal * Closer commissions: $2,000-$7,000+ per deal * Manager commissions: $3,000 - $10,000+ per deal * 100% commission (1099) * Uncapped earnings Strong performers earn $2,000 -$5,000+ per week, with higher upside as a closer.
