Main duties of the inside sales / part sales representative: * Identify, source, and sell automotive parts to retail and wholesale customers * Handle phone, walk-in, and commercial account sales * Look up parts using computer catalogs and inventory systems * Prepare quotes, estimates, and order confirmations * Build relationships with repeat customers and maintain accounts * Coordinate with the warehouse on order pulling, delivery, and restocking * Process returns, warranties, and core credits * Keep sales records and customer notes accurate and updated * Maintain a clean and organized counter/work area * Provide technical guidance when needed and ensure customers get the right part the first time What We Offer: * Monday-Friday schedule 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (no weekends) * Weekly pay * $58,000+ first year (hourly + commission; earn more based on performance) * Steady customer flow and strong team support Preferred qualifications of the inside sales / parts representative: * Automotive parts knowledge required (OEM or aftermarket) * Strong computer skills and ability to navigate parts lookup systems * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Detail-oriented with strong follow-through * Reliable, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced setting Apply Today!
