Job description A national boutique investment bank is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Sales teams. The firm's emphasis is, but not limited to, products such as PIPES, registered directs, Reg D offerings, secondaries, and IPOs primarily in the biotechnology and technology sectors. Job Duties (include, but are not limited to): * Organize, track, and ensure the progress of all required paperwork for multiple Sales Representatives to verify documents are completed correctly and on time * Facilitate the distribution of documents at the Sales Representatives' request to clients, including the sending of electronic signature documents * Respond to department-specific questions in a timely and accurate manner * Research, communicate, and resolve operational issues and potential problems to supervisors and other business units Qualifications: * Excellent communication skills * Ability to independently problem solve * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically with Outlook and Excel * An ability to learn and adapt to changing and occasionally fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet deadlines * Series 7 or 99 registration preferred but not required' ' Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off License/Certification: * Series 7, 63 or 66?
