Job description A national boutique investment bank is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Sales teams. The firm's emphasis is, but not limited to, products such as PIPES, registered directs, Reg D offerings, secondaries, and IPOs primarily in the biotechnology and technology sectors. Job

Duties

(include, but are not limited to):

• Organize, track, and ensure the progress of all required paperwork for multiple Sales Representatives to verify documents are completed correctly and on time
• Facilitate the distribution of documents at the Sales Representatives' request to clients, including the sending of electronic signature documents
• Respond to department-specific questions in a timely and accurate manner
• Research, communicate, and resolve operational issues and potential problems to supervisors and other business units

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to independently problem solve
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, specifically with Outlook and Excel
• An ability to learn and adapt to changing and occasionally fast-paced, high-pressure environment to meet deadlines
• Series 7 or 99 registration preferred but not required' ' Work Remotely
