Full description of the position

Wireless CCTV LLC (WCCTV) with headquarters located in Richardson, Texas. is a subsidiary of Wireless CCTV Ltd based in the UK. The Company is the market leader for rapid deployment, mobile surveillance systems specifically designed to deliver video securely and efficiently via 4G LTE networks. WCCTV prides itself on developing innovative, customer-focused products and providing world-class customer support services. The Company is expanding and recruiting a qualified Sales / Business Development Supervisor responsible leading a team of Sales / Business Development Representatives (SDRs) responsible for performing lead generation and business development activities with new and existing customers in support of the Company's sales and revenue targets. Responsible for driving the Team's results against sales activity targets / KPIs along with meeting their own sales activity targets / KPIs. This position is located onsite at the Company's US headquarters located in Richardson, Texas. Team Supervision * Supervises a team of Sales/Business Development Representatives ensuring each team member is meeting established KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. * Monitors and ensures all team members are following internal processes related to CRM and sales activity / KPI reporting. * Works with the Sales Enablement Manager in the formulation of plans for outbound lead generation, call volume levels, conversion ratios and ultimately sales of WCCTV products and services. * Evaluates staff performance and feedback to senior management as part of weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or year end evaluations. * Identifies high and low performers by monitoring each team members daily progress towards established KPIs and makes recommendations for low performers who need remedial training or placement on Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). * Leads weekly 1:1 review process with assigned SDRs with a focus on current KPIs and activity/progress towards meeting KPIs. * Demonstrates and provide training on client engagement techniques and dialog, utilizing things like call recordings, roll play, and actual live joint calls for purpose of improving call process/results and skills growth. * Meets monthly or more frequently with Regional Sales Managers to fine tune sales strategy and tactics for achieving established targets in each region. * Participates in the hiring process by interviewing candidates for open SDR positions for the team. * Participates in disciplinary and termination actions of team members. * Conducts portions of the new employee training program with newly hired SDRs as assigned. Business Development and Sales Appointment Scheduling * Researches and identifies potential customers and projects using a number of sources including internet, trade journals, in-house database, business referrals and external lead generation databases. * Develops business relationships with current customers and regularly calls customers to discuss current and future sales opportunities. * Plans and organizes daily work schedule to research and call on potential sales opportunities. * Generates outbound calls in excess of 100 + per day with target customers (minimum performance requirements are subject to change at Management's discretion). During calls identifies customers' needs, determines decision maker and presents how WCCTV's products and services can support the customers' needs. * Schedules qualified "Direct" customer meetings with the appropriate contacts in target businesses and organizations for the Field Sales team. * Achieves minimum weekly and/or monthly KPIs established for the position as it relates to call activity, qualifying and booking customer meetings for Field Sales staff. * Utilizes and updates sales management tool (CRM) for tracking and maintaining all business development/sales related data in order to maximize inside sales effectiveness and efficiency. Collates and communicates detailed information gathered during the customer sales call to the respective Field Sales person prior to the scheduled customer meeting. * Provides and documents feedback from customers regarding competitors or our product offerings to the Field Sales staff and internal management. * Maintains awareness of and develop commercial opportunities for the Company at all times. Pass on leads to other Sales teams as appropriate. * Reviews all assigned incoming leads to determine viability and appropriateness. Contacts interested customers and identifies the customers' needs, determines decision maker and presents how WCCTV's products and services can support the customers' needs. * Monitors assigned customer accounts for upcoming decommissions. Follows up with customers to discuss satisfaction with products and services, identify upcoming sales opportunities, book additional sales meeting for Field Sales staff and requests referrals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent work experience required. * Minimum of 4 to 6 years of previous inside sales, outbound lead generation or account management experience required * Must also have minimum of 3 years of prior supervisory experience in the function to include training, coaching, mentoring and managing performance of Sales/Business Development staff required. * Knowledge of electronic surveillance systems and industry preferred. * Intermediate to advanced understanding of sales principles, business development and sales and marketing strategies utilized in a consultative sales approach. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to conduct effective and professional business conversations and sales presentations over the phone, virtually or in person. * Demonstrated ability to research and prospect sales opportunities and build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Effective computer skills to include MS Office, Outlook, Teams, lead generations tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.) and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and productively with minimal supervision. * Demonstrated high attention to details, organizational, planning and time management skills required. * Effective computer skills to include MS Office, Outlook, Teams, lead generations tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.) and CRM systems. Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work in the US. Compensation and Benefits Offered: * Competitive salary up to $60,000 basic salary per year DOE and up to $40,000 bonus per year for OTE $100,000gfor high performing individuals. * 10 days paid vacation (increases with length of service) + 7 public holidays. * Company provided medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans. 401k Plan with Company match of up to 4% and immediate vesting.
