We're looking for a real estate office manager to streamline our day-to-day procedures and help develop our administrative staff. Responsibilities include creating new MLS listings, helping transaction coordinators with contracts, and updating the office calendar. You'll also make sure the office is stocked with supplies and ensure we're adhering to our monthly budget. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly per year Responsibilities: * Keep office well stocked and order supplies as needed, as well as maintaining office equipment * Update MLS listings online and work with marketing to produce appropriate social media posts, photos, signage, brochures, and other materials * File paperwork and assist other real estate brokerage employees with contracts such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information when necessary * Support other realty departments when necessary * Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed * Training & Coaching: Develop and implement training programs that enhance agents' skills in areas such as sales techniques, client relations, negotiation, and market knowledge * Onboarding: Create and manage an effective onboarding process for new agents, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed * Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations of agents, providing constructive feedback and development plans * Mentorship: Offer one-on-one mentorship to agents, helping them navigate challenges and grow their business * Agent Retention: Foster a positive and collaborative office environment that encourages agent retention and loyalty * Workshops & Seminars: Organize regular workshops, seminars, and continuing education opportunities to ensure agents are informed of industry trends and regulatory changes * Goal Setting & Accountability: Work with agents to set personal and professional goals, and hold them accountable to achieve consistent performance * Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and other departments to ensure alignment between agent needs and the company's overall goals Qualifications: * Over 2 years of prior office management experience or similar work experience in a related field * High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred * Real estate license preferred but not required * Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems * Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills * Proven experience in real estate, preferably in an agent development or training role * Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to inspire and motivate individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience levels * In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and regulations * Familiarity with real estate CRM tools and platforms * A valid real estate license (preferred but not required) About Company We are a fast-growing, agent-focused real estate brokerage dedicated to providing top-notch training, mentorship, and support to help our agents succeed.
