Responsibilities * Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience. * Respond to inquiries from customers via email, text, phone, and in person in a timely manner. * Properly demonstrate the product and perform test drives. * Sell vehicles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features. * Provide outstanding customer service by building relationships with new and returning clients. * Interact professionally with customers and fellow employees alike. * Follow through with post-sale support, ensuring customers remain satisfied and informed.
