About the Role: We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support customers throughout the sales process. This position focuses on following up with clients who have already received quotes, assisting in our showroom, handling online chats, and answering questions about our products. You'll also help pre-qualify leads and provide virtual estimates on larger projects-- working closely with our Outside Sales team to ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. What Makes This Role Unique: Our company serves a wide region and is highly rated within a 4-hour radius, especially in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas. Most of our customers are already interested and informed, making this a low-pressure, consultative sales environment. Much of our business comes from referrals due to the quality of our service and our reputation in the field. Responsibilities: * Follow up with customers who have received quotes but haven't finalized their decision * Greet showroom visitors and help guide them through product options * Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, texts, and website chats * Assist with online customer questions and product inquiries * Conduct virtual pre-qualifications and estimates for eligible jobs * Coordinate appointments with the Outside Sales team * Keep accurate records in our CRM and support smooth communication across departments * Help process customer payments and support a seamless closing process What We 're Looking For: * Experience in customer service or sales-related roles * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and follow-through * Comfortable using computers, scheduling tools, and CRM software * Positive, team-oriented mindset Perks & Benefits: * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Medical, dental, and vision benefits after 90 days * Paid holidays and vacation after one year * Retirement plan with company match after one year * Educational assistance for personal or job-related development * Supportive, fun team atmosphere Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
