A well-established National Staffing Firm that specializes in placing Skilled Trades people, and we are looking to add a motivated salesperson to participate in and contribute to our growth. We offer an excellent team- oriented atmosphere, a lucrative compensation package, benefits after 90 days, no geographic territory, and the support you need to be successful. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, generating leads through cold calling, canvassing, and networking. You will follow up with those leads to establish solid working relationships with clients, manage your clients' staffing needs, and work closely with the recruiting team to fill job openings in a timely and professional manner. You will need to have 2-3 years of experience in sales (inside or outside), ideally in a service-focused industry, and a demonstrated and reference- checkable track record of production and excellence. Any experience with recruiting or staffing is preferred but not required. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills. * Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required; training will be provided. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and services.
