Overview We are seeking a motivated and solution-oriented IT Sales / Solutions Consultant for our client, a Japanese-affiliated IT solutions company. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in System Integration, Network Integration, or Project Management who enjoy working closely with customers to identify business challenges and deliver tailored IT solutions. You will be responsible for both pre-sales consulting and post-contract project coordination, collaborating with internal engineering teams and external vendors. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (Base) Schedule: * Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers * Identify customer business needs and propose IT solutions * Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external vendors * Prepare and deliver solution proposals and presentations * Negotiate pricing and contract terms * Support project coordination and implementation after contract signing * Maintain customer records and report sales activities Qualifications * Experience in IT-related sales, system integration, or project coordination * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders * Basic understanding of IT solutions (network, systems, or applications) * Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off Language: * Japanese (Required) Ability to Commute: * Livonia, MI 48152 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Livonia, MI 48152: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
