Position Summary A growing building material company in PA is seeking a motivated and results- oriented Outside Sales Representative to join the team. This position focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and construction professionals while driving profitable sales growth. Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote company products and services. * Conduct on-site visits to job locations and client offices to better understand their needs. * Recommend appropriate solutions and assist customers with product selection. * Analyze customer requirements and prepare proposals that maximize value and profitability. * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. * Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Track industry developments, competitive activity, and market trends. * Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets. Qualifications * Demonstrated success in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. * Positive attitude, professionalism, and openness to feedback. * Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record.
