Industrial Field Sales Representative Location Dallas, Texas, United States Date posted October 27, 2025 Job ID 20562 Pay Range $100000-$130000 total compensation Our Opening and Your Responsibilities We're looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to grow our industrial weighing systems business across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You'll be on the front lines with customers--helping them improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance with cutting-edge weighing technology. This role focuses on generating revenue by selling a wide range of industrial products, software, and services in the weighing and automation markets. What You'll Do * Build and grow a strong customer base through proactive prospecting, relationship management, and territory development. * Identify customer needs and create tailored weighing solutions that deliver measurable results. * Conduct on-site visits, demos, and presentations to showcase our products and capabilities. * Collaborate with technical, service, and engineering teams to ensure customers get top-tier solutions and support. * Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through closing--and celebrate every win. * Stay ahead of market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies. * Represent the company at trade shows, plant visits, and industry events to expand your network and brand presence. What You Need to Succeed * 3-5 years of industrial or technical sales experience preferred--but if you've got the drive and people skills, we'll train you. * A passion for B2B selling and building long-term customer partnerships. * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to learn and explain technical concepts with confidence. * Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and commitment to results. * Comfortable managing your own schedule and territory. * Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region. * Valid driver's license and good driving record.
