Description: We are searching for a dynamic and accomplished Sales Representative who can leverage their proven track record of success to further expand the distribution of our authentic Mexican restaurant-style cheese dips. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, effectively merchandising our products, fostering strong customer relationships, and collaborating within connected broker networks. Additionally, there is substantial room for growth within our portfolio of brands and products. The candidate must also have expertise in identifying and understanding promotional opportunities and provide comprehensive reporting on sales growth, demographics, strategy, and pricing. Requirements: Responsibilities: * Market Expansion: Identify and target new markets and retail grocery chains where our authentic Mexican restaurant-style cheese dips can be introduced and established. Explore opportunities for growth with our other brands and products. * Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that not only achieves sales targets for our cheese dips but also explores avenues for expanding our overall brand presence. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail grocery chains to ensure ongoing partnerships, maximizing sales opportunities, and exploring potential collaboration with our other products. * Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our product line, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and cultural significance, enabling you to effectively communicate its value to potential buyers across our brand spectrum. * Merchandising: Collaborate with store management to ensure our products are merchandised correctly, with attractive displays that drive customer engagement and sales for our entire range of products. * Connected Broker Networks: Collaborate effectively with connected broker networks to extend our reach and identify opportunities for growth within the retail grocery industry. * Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate closely with our marketing team to identify and understand promotional opportunities that align with our brand and product portfolio. Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events that drive product visibility and sales while considering the broader brand and product spectrum. * Reporting: Provide comprehensive reporting on sales growth, demographic analysis, sales strategy effectiveness, and pricing strategies to guide decision-making and optimize our market presence. Qualifications: * Minimum of 3-5 years of food broker experience within the retail grocery chains, with a proven track record of success. * Strong knowledge of merchandising and retail grocery store operations. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining customer relationships. * Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Familiarity with Mexican cuisine and an appreciation for our authentic products is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field is preferred.
