Additionally, you will be responsible for training new team members and sharing valuable market data and research to enhance our sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Sell AT&T products and services to residential customers. * Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients. * Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities. * Train and mentor new sales team members to ensure they meet performance goals. * Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and presentations. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions. * Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market insights to management. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools. * Familiarity with market research techniques is a plus.
