Our Upper Saddle River studio is looking for a dependable, personable, and highly motivated Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer- focused environment. If you are organized, persuasive, and can sell, sell, sell , we want to meet you! What You 'll Do: * Create a welcoming experience --greet members by name and assist with onboarding. * Actively sell memberships, class packages, and retail products --you are the front line of revenue generation. * Engage with clients in person, by phone, text, and email to drive sales and retention. * Maintain studio cleanliness , restock retail, and ensure smooth class transitions. * Provide exceptional customer service , addressing concerns professionally. * Work closely with the Studio Manager to support daily operations. What We 're Looking For: * A sales-driven mindset --you love helping people and closing the deal. * Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience. * Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor. * Comfortable with technology and social media. * Reliable and punctual --our schedule runs on time, and so do you! * Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Able to lift up to 30 lbs and assist with studio setup.
