You will be responsible for: * Following established sales and finance processes. * Handling internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic effectively. * Scheduling appointments, confirming them 24 hours in advance, and ensuring customer attendance. * Following up with unsold customers and no-show appointments. * Converting high-potential leads into closed sales. * Meeting and greeting customers, conducting test drives, and guiding them through the credit application process. * Securing financing approvals and properly handling contract signing with lenders. * Ensuring all required documentation is properly collected and completed. * Managing and maintaining the CRM system effectively. Job Requirements: * High school diploma required (Associate's or higher degree preferred but not required). * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Strong focus on customer satisfaction. * Basic Windows and computer knowledge. * Bilingual candidates preferred (but not required).
