Commercial Roofing Sales Representative Omaha, NE $55k - $65k Base + Uncapped Commission + Training & Benefits The Externals Group are working with a growing commercial roofing contractor serving the Omaha market. Known for their technical expertise, quality workmanship, and client-focused approach, they are seeking a driven Commercial Sales Representative to join their expanding team. * The Role: As a Commercial Sales Representative, you'll build relationships with property managers, business owners, and contractors to identify roofing needs, present tailored commercial solutions, and manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion. You'll be supported with CRM tools, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment designed to help you succeed. * A Day in the Life: * Prospect and network to uncover new commercial roofing opportunities. * Meet with clients to assess roof conditions, conduct inspections, and provide design input. * Perform hands-on assessments including roof patching and core cuts to evaluate project needs. * Carry a 32-foot ladder daily for property inspections and rooftop evaluations. * Manage the full sales cycle including scopes of work, proposals, and follow-ups. * Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery. * Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM and sales software. What You'll Bring: * Proven sales experience with a track record of building relationships and closing deals. * Commercial roofing, construction, or property management experience preferred. * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client service. * Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM tools and sales systems. * Comfortable working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions and at heights. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
