Employee-owned Tri-County Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help lead our sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who can drive revenue, coach sales staff, and deliver outstanding customer experience while maintaining Ford's standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets * Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Ford's goals * Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and forecasting * Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process * Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies in coordination with ownership * Enforce dealership policies, compliance, and brand standards * Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to maximize profitability Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role (dealership experience preferred) * Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities * Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions * High level of professionalism and customer focus What We Offer: * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Growth opportunities * Supportive leadership and established brand recognition * 401K * Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance * Employee discount * 5 Day Work Week, Closed Sundays!
