Employee-owned Tri-County Ford is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help lead our sales team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who can drive revenue, coach sales staff, and deliver outstanding customer experience while maintaining Ford's standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Ford's goals
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and forecasting
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies in coordination with ownership
• Enforce dealership policies, compliance, and brand standards
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to maximize profitability

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales role (dealership experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions
