RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales department * Consult customers to identify their repair and servicing needs, provide service options, and communicate diagnostic findings * Generate accurate cost estimates and establish work orders * Communicate with customers regarding expectations, updates, questions, etc. * Provide customers with a high-level hospitality experience while simultaneously driving sales, customer trust, and shop performance * Foster high customer satisfaction rates, encouraging referrals and repeat business * Collaborate with management team to track sales performance, achieve sales objectives, and develop strategies for increasing sales QUALIFICATIONS: * 3+ years of Sales experience required * 2+ years of Management experience required * Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently * Professional personal appearance and friendly personality Apply now to join the Metro Motor family and start your journey toward a fulfilling and successful automotive career!
