About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Route Coverage Specialist. In this role, you will ensure consistent service and product availability to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include sales, delivery, and customer relationship management, all while maintaining the highest standards of service. Responsibilities * Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customer locations, maintaining optimal stock levels. * Cultivate strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. * Identify opportunities to increase sales by promoting new products and upselling existing offerings, contributing to revenue growth. * Maintain beverage station standards, ensuring cleanliness and proper functionality of equipment to enhance customer experience. * Manage inventory effectively, tracking stock levels and minimizing waste to optimize efficiency. * Address and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex problems to the appropriate channels for resolution. * Provide feedback to the Area Sales Manager regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities to inform business strategies. Qualifications Required Skills * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Ability to pass a DOT physical. Preferred Skills * Previous route delivery or sales experience. * Experience in the foodservice industry. * Strong mechanical aptitude. * Proficiency in assessing customer needs and providing solutions. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
