Edelbrock Group is hiring a Sales & Technical Support Specialist to help customers turn questions into confidence -- and builds into beasts. If you enjoy talking shop, solving technical challenges, and helping enthusiasts get the most out of their vehicles, this role puts you right at the intersection of performance, people, and product expertise. What You'll Do: * Be the go-to expert for customers seeking technical guidance and product recommendations * Troubleshoot performance and installation questions across valve train, fuel systems, electronics, drivetrain, nitrous, and cylinder heads * Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while delivering a top-tier customer experience * Partner with Sales and Marketing to support promotions, launches, and customer feedback loops * Represent the brand at national trade shows, racing events, and motorsports expos * Document customer interactions and insights to help improve products and processes Who We're Looking For: * A strong communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly and confidently * Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment * Passion for performance vehicles, racing, and aftermarket innovation * Mechanical or automotive knowledge (hands-on experience is a big plus) * Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, and multitasking on calls * Willing to travel occasionally and be a brand ambassador for Edelbrock.
