Responsibilities

: - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients with the help of CRM software. Implement effective sales management practices and confident, moral business strategies. - Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the roofing market, targeting potential customers and industries that align with our target audience. - Conduct outside sales meetings, and roof inspections, including prospecting, and networking to generate leads as well as pursue leads provided by the company. - Collaborate with leadership to develop customized solutions for clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements. - Utilize our CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer information, and monitor progress toward sales goals. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

: - Proven experience in a roofing sales position, preferably in a B2B environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships. - Ability to work independently and proactively. - Proficiency in using CRM software, such as acculynx, to manage customer information and track sales activities. - A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed for client meetings and sales visits.
