Junior Account Manager - Healthcare Staffing & Technology Company, Newark, NJ Salary: $50,000 annually This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Summary : AllShifts is a high growth, dynamic healthcare staffing technology company with 1000% growth over the past eight years. Overview The Junior Account Manager role is designed for professionals who are ready to manage client relationships independently while continuing to develop sales and account growth skills. Junior AMs own a small book of business and are accountable for customer satisfaction and staffing outcomes within their assigned territory. Role & Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned healthcare facilities * Coordinate and fill open shifts using internal recruiting resources * Deliver outstanding customer service through responsiveness and follow-up * Promote staffing opportunities to nurses and healthcare professionals * Use AllShifts technology to manage scheduling and client needs efficiently * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals * Identify opportunities to grow accounts through reliability and service Qualifications * 1-2 years Healthcare staffing experience * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-volume environment * Strong sense of ownership and accountability * Comfortable using technology and learning new systems * Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow professionally Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Time Off Pay: $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
