We build the most complete and accurate picture of the B2B buyer by integrating with every tool your team uses, partnering with third-party data providers, and deploying custom AI research agents. We use this data to power applications that automate high-value, high-complexity workflows across the go-to-market and revenue teams. Our core products include: * Marketing Intelligence - instantly answers questions like "What led to that sudden drop in pipeline?" * Account Intelligence - surfaces next-best actions to help reps move target accounts toward conversion Since launching in January 2023, we've come through Y Combinator, raised a $26M Series A led by Bessemer. We're growing 3 year-over-year, have hit multimillion ARR, and process over 60 TB of GTM data monthly. Based at our San Francisco HQ, we operate fully in-person, move fast and hire people who are ready to win. Your Mission As our new Sales Development Manager, you'll elevate the systems, execution, and operating standards behind a world-class outbound engine. This isn't a passive role. It's a hands-on leadership position for someone who wants to shape, strengthen, and scale a top-performing SDR organization. You'll earn your stripes by leading from the front and carrying a personal quota in your first quarter, while guiding the team through HockeyStack's next stage of rapid growth. You'll operate as a force multiplier, raising performance standards and driving operational excellence, powered by our proprietary GTM automation system that helps the team execute faster and smarter than anyone in the market. What You 'll Do * Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events. * Develop deep mastery of HockeyStack's product, ICP, and value proposition to reinforce clarity, accuracy, and precision across the team. * Partner with the Head of Sales Development to coach and train the team on AI utilization, workflow execution, prospecting strategy, objection handling, and multichannel outreach, while identifying high-performing outreach patterns and scaling proven tactics to elevate and maintain execution to a tier-one standard. * Maintain a high-performing culture by supporting daily SDR execution and ensuring quota attainment and key performance metrics are met. * Report on SDR performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior leadership with clarity and accuracy. * Work in close partnership with our world-class GTM Engineering team to enhance team execution and operational excellence. What We 're Looking For * Fully committed to working in-person 5 days/week at our SF HQ. * Willing to earn your stripes by carrying a personal quota in the trenches alongside the SDRs you'll help lead. * Brings 3+ years of exceptional outbound experience in B2B SaaS with a track record of consistent performance. * Has 0-12 months of SDR management experience and is ready to grow in a high-velocity environment. * Operates with extreme urgency and treats every initiative like a P0. * Takes full ownership of outcomes. * Thrives in a high-expectation culture that values hard work, intensity, and continuous improvement. * Deeply curious about how AI is reshaping outbound and excited to adopt AI-powered workflows that improve team output and pipeline generation.
