The ideal candidate will possess a sales background and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management.
• Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business development opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through direct sales efforts and effective territory management. Skills

• Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Experience in business development, including identifying leads and closing sales.
• Proficiency in direct sales techniques and strategies for maximizing revenue generation.
