The ideal candidate will possess a sales background and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management. * Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business development opportunities. * Achieve or exceed sales targets through direct sales efforts and effective territory management. Skills * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits. * Experience in business development, including identifying leads and closing sales. * Proficiency in direct sales techniques and strategies for maximizing revenue generation. * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
