If you've got an eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, you'll thrive here. * What you'll do * Serve as the primary sales contact for a segment of clients, handling quoting, renewals, and run-rate sales needs from start to finish * Provide administrative and quoting support for named accounts, partnering closely with Account Managers to ensure accuracy, speed, and follow-through * Turn proposals into profit across services, hardware, software, subscriptions, and renewals * Decode vendor licensing, deal registrations, and partner programs so nothing slips through the cracks * Prepare, manage, and maintain quotes using approved tools, pricing sheets, and vendor portals * Track renewals and recurring revenue opportunities to support retention and growth * Build deep working knowledge of vendor programs, licensing models, and subscription structures * Continuously improve quoting efficiency, accuracy, and documentation What you bring * Sales or quoting experience (internship or 1-2 years), or a strong affinity for numbers, process, and technology * High attention to detail and accuracy * Clear, professional communication skills and comfort collaborating with Account Managers, vendors, and clients * A genuine love of learning * Comfort working in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment with multiple priorities This role is critical to delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for our clients--especially those who rely on speed, accuracy, and responsiveness.
