Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a global law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Associate to join their Real Estate team based in San Francisco. JOB DETAILS * WORK TYPE: Permanent * WORK PATTERN: Full Time * LOCATION: San Francisco, CA JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: * A sufficient background in commercial real estate and finance transactions including properties such as mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotels, resorts, etc. is a prerequisite for qualified candidates. * In addition to buy and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements. * Candidates will have expertise preparing and negotiating papers pertaining to real estate and financial transactions. * Excellent communication and writing abilities are necessary. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE * J.D. from a recognized law school. * 2-4 years of relevant experience working in a Real Estate team. * Be in good standing with the state bar.
