RKR has been providing sales and service to the Rocky Mountain Region from Montana to El Paso, TX since 1959. RKR also has regional sales offices located in: * Missoula, MT * Salt Lake City, UT * Albuquerque, NM * El Paso, TX The outside sales force of (14) is supported by a knowledgeable 8 person inside sales team and an efficient warehouse crew. RKR strives to provide professional education, accessibility of quality products, timely and reliable service, and the highest level of integrity in serving our wholesale distributor customers and promoting our manufacturer's products to the end user Job Brief As an RKR Territory Manager, you are the sales, service and support arm for our manufacturer partners within an assigned geographical area within RKR's Rocky Mountain region. In this role, we seek outstanding organizational and sales skills while also expecting excellent communications and the ability to understand customer needs. Ultimately RKR expects honesty, the ability to find and provide accurate information to our customers, timely communication, and the ability to build relationships within the industry. Being Denver area based, you will have full access to our headquarters as your home base. Responsibilities * Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies * Analyze data to determine trends and sales methods * Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions * Present products and services to prospective customers * Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows, sporting events, factory trips, etc.) to cultivate customer relationships * Prepare and submit reports into management * Territory includes (but not limited to) Denver area (contractors and distributors) as well as possibly the Western slope or Northern Coloraco.
