With a focus on Electrical Distribution and Lighting Showroom accounts, the Inside Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring the seamless coordination of various tasks. Responsibilities: * Assist Sales Teams: Provide support in day-to-day sales activities. * Order Management: Handle order entries and sample requests and assist with returns. * Customer Inquiry Resolution: Address customer inquiries, emphasizing exceptional service. * Pricing Management: Respond to pricing inquiries, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Product Knowledge : Handle product-related questions and provide comprehensive information. * Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with independent representatives. * Product Selection Assistance: Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs. * Account Coordination : Coordinate various aspects of overall account management. * Event and Training Coordination: Play a pivotal role in organizing and coordinating events and training sessions. * Sales Activity Execution: Contribute to the smooth execution of sales activities. Your Strengths Include: * Work closely, effectively, and frequently with your intra/inter-department teams. * Always maintain a positive, can-do attitude with customers and teammates alike. * Are a team player, providing support and assistance whether or not specifically asked. * Don't shy away from picking up the phone to ask questions or provide answers. * Invest in becoming an expert on American Lighting's product offering, capabilities, and processes. * Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. * Attention to detail and the ability to put together multi-component systems. * Always have fun and have a drive to succeed! Qualifications: * Previous experience in lighting or technology-based sales / quotations is preferred. * Experience in customer service, retail management or hospitality is a plus.
