Role Overview We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Local Partnerships Representative to generate new business through in-person, door-to-door outreach to local businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, is comfortable walking into businesses, and can confidently introduce marketing solutions to decision-makers. Key Responsibilities * Conduct door-to-door and in-person visits to local businesses within an assigned territory * Introduce the agency's advertising and marketing services to business owners and managers * Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients on-site * Educate prospects on how advertising solutions can help grow their business * Track daily activity, leads, and appointments in the CRM * Follow up with prospects via phone or email after in-person visits * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and appointment-setting goals Qualifications * Previous door-to-door, field sales, or B2B sales experience preferred (not required) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Comfortable with in-person prospecting and handling objections face-to-face * Self-driven, resilient, and goal-oriented * Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field daily * Basic familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus What We Offer * Competitive base pay plus commission * Uncapped earning potential * Training on agency services, scripts, and sales approach * Clear advancement opportunities into senior sales or account roles * Supportive team culture with ongoing coaching Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
