Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Commercial Truck Salesperson to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients within the commercial trucking industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in outside sales, B2B sales, and dealership experience. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering high-end sales solutions to meet client needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to thrive in a competitive environment Some Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and target potential clients within the commercial trucking sector * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking * Present and demonstrate our truck inventory to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs * Negotiate terms, pricing, and deal structures to close high-end sales effectively * Manage ongoing relationships with dealerships, fleet managers, and corporate clients to foster repeat business * Utilize in-house software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions for effective sales management * Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities during the sales process * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and promotional campaigns * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory control, pricing, and market trends to inform sales strategies * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email or in person * Support the sales team with administrative tasks related to inventory management and order processing. Maintain daily spreadsheets to track all required information for Sales & Business Managers. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile/truck dealership sales is highly preferred * Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts & tasks simultaneously * Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Skills Required: - Professional, out-going demeanor - Customer-satisfaction focused attitude - Eager and willing to learn new product - Very good computer proficiency (MS Office, Gmail) - Time Management skills, with mutli-tasking - Willing to obtain CDL license - Marketing experience would be a great asset We provide a great opportunity for a solid, full-time career with a growing company along with the following: - Base wage with a commission package - Excellent Benefits and 401K - Work with a great team of motivated and energetic people!
