AT &T Sales Representative Responsibilities * Represent AT&T with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity while promoting cutting-edge wireless and internet solutions. * Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations face-to-face, ensuring clarity and transparency in every conversation. * Build long-term face-to-face customer relationships by serving as a knowledgeable and dependable AT&T Sales Representative customers can trust. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve concerns effectively, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. * Monitor your performance metrics and continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals. * Share valuable customer insights and feedback with leadership to improve strategies and drive growth. * Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new AT&T products to stay ahead of the market. AT &T Sales Representative Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role preferred. * Previous AT&T Sales Representative or telecommunications experience is a plus. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with customers. * Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a passion for personal and professional growth. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership potential, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in handling negotiations. Entry Level Sales Associate Compensation & Job Details: * Position Type: This is a full-time employee position. * Earnings: An average of $175-$200 per new customer enrolled. Typical AT&T Sales Representatives enroll 1-2 new customers per day. Please note: This is a commission-only position with no base salary. * Clients & Products: We are a proud partner of AT&T's sales division, promoting and enrolling new local customers for AT&T Internet and Wireless services. * Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week).Job Locations: In office plus assigned territories for face-to-face sales environments.
