What you 'll do * Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through effective territory management and direct sales strategies. * Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to expand our customer base and drive revenue. * Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value of our offerings and address client needs. * Utilize CRM software, to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze performance metrics. * Collaborate with inhouse marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and market trends. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. * Upsell additional products and services to existing clients, enhancing their experience and increasing overall satisfaction. Assist with installations and training current customer base as well as onboarding new customers. * Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, technology sales techniques, and best practices. Basic qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients. * Presentable demeanor and professional outlook. Preferred qualifications * Experience in technical sales or retail sales is a plus. * Familiarity with evaluating market conditions and market trends. * Previous experience in sales and/or management helpful.
