Job Summary Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing strategic relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with our company's goals. Responsibilities : Commercial Development * Identify and pursue new terminaling and intermodal opportunities in Houston and Charleston. * Prepare proposals and negotiate terms for storage and intermodal agreements. * Support proactive marketing strategies and market intelligence gathering. Customer Relationship Management * Act as primary point of contact for customers during proposal and project phases. * Monitor customer performance, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction. * Conduct customer performance reviews and feedback sessions. Contract Administration & Compliance * Negotiate and administer terminaling agreements. * Provide contractual and technical information to internal teams. * Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements Requirements * Sales and marketing experience (3-5+ years) * Bachelors in Business Administration or related * Understanding of petrochemical industry and chemical logistics * Strong business writing and presentation skills * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Ability to develop proposals and manage complex agreements * Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77059
