Sales Representative (with Kitchen Design Expertise) - Full-Time Location: Tampa, FL 33619 Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + Uncapped Commission About Us ROC Cabinetry is a leading cabinet manufacturer and distributor serving property developers, home builders, contractors, and remodelers. Job Overview We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative with a working knowledge of kitchen design to join our Tampa team. In this role, sales come first--you'll be responsible for growing revenue, managing client accounts, and closing deals. Design knowledge is important, but only as a tool to help you sell more effectively. You'll use software like 2020 Design to generate quick layouts and provide visual support to guide clients through the purchasing process. This is a full-time, in-person role with competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and strong career growth potential. Key Responsibilities * Proactively manage incoming leads and walk-ins, and convert prospects into paying customers * Build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and property developers * Understand client needs and recommend cabinet solutions that fit their budget and timeline * Use 2020 Design or similar tools to assist in creating basic kitchen and bath layouts that support your sales * Present cabinet styles, finishes, and pricing clearly and professionally * Own the sales cycle from quote to order to delivery--ensure timely follow-up and smooth handoffs to logistics * Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions, inventory, and pricing * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Qualifications & Skills * Proven sales experience --preferably in cabinets, furniture, or home improvement (B2B or retail) * Working knowledge of 2020 Design software or willingness to learn quickly * Understanding of basic kitchen layout principles and cabinet components * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus * Graphic design experience (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a bonus Benefits * Uncapped commission structure --your earnings reflect your effort * 401(k) with company match * Health, Dental, and Vision insurance * Paid time off and company holidays * Growth opportunities with a fast-growing company * Team environment with strong sales support Schedule & Location * Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts * On-site in Tampa, FL 33619 * Must be able to commute or relocate before starting Why You 'll Succeed Here You love closing deals, building relationships, and helping clients get what they need.
