They're now seeking a driven and design-savvy Architectural Sales Manager to lead their New England territory , covering Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island (with limited travel to New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine). Based in the greater Boston area , you'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and play a vital role in expanding this company's influence across the A&D community. What 's in it for you? * $115,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus eligibility * Represent one of the world's most respected manufacturers in the building materials space * Work for a purpose-driven organization focused on design excellence and sustainability * Educational assistance and career advancement opportunities * Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits from day one * Generous PTO, 12 paid holidays, and parental leave * 401K match up to 6%, fitness reimbursement, and employee wellness programs * Collaborative, supportive culture with real investment in professional growth What do you do? * Build and nurture strong relationships with architects, designers, and key industry decision-makers to drive specifications and design influence * Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand product adoption and basis of design (BOD) specifications across leading A&D firms * Deliver engaging presentations, CEU sessions, and product updates to educate and inspire design professionals * Partner with an internal sales representative to manage pipeline activity and deliver tailored, client-specific solutions * Track and manage projects through CRM systems, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and accountability * Act as a trusted design and technical advisor, articulating value propositions and aligning products to client needs * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand reputation What do you need? * 3-5 years of solution-based commercial sales or design experience within interior building products * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business , or a related discipline * Excellent communication and presentation skills -- comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and large groups * Proven success in relationship development and achieving measurable sales results * Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems * Ability to travel up to 40% (including some overnight travel) throughout New England * A proactive, collaborative, and design-oriented mindset with a passion for architectural innovation About the Company This international leader has spent decades pioneering sustainable building materials that enhance acoustic comfort, fire safety, and aesthetic impact.
