Responsibilities * Develop and grow new customer relationships across logistics and technology solutions * Research, qualify, and follow up with new business leads through proactive outbound outreach * Build, maintain, and manage a structured database of prospective and established customers * Establish and nurture strong relationships with key contacts and decision-makers across new and existing accounts * Present, explain, and demonstrate the features and value of Standard Express and Standard Connect services and solutions * Develop a strong understanding of customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and long-term growth potential * Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging transportation and logistics technologies * Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams (Operations, Quoting, and Technology) to manage jobs, projects, and accounts effectively * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication, follow-through, and problem-solving * Industry experience is encouraged but not required -- we value drive, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
