Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers create the backyard of their dreams. This role involves engaging with potential clients in their homes, understanding and describing the pool build process to the client, laying out the pool, and guiding the client to the final design using Pool Studio design software we provide. Then providing the client with a proposal based on the design. Training and leads will be provided. No cold calling.

Duties

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and desires.
• Understand the product and service we provide and be able to communicate to client.
• Provide client with proposals and close sales contract.
• Follow up with client during the installation process to insure on-going client communication. Experience Needed: - A proved track record in outside sales - prior pool sales experience preferred. Valid driver's license and vehicle required. Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
