Treasure Valley Coffee Amazon-Meta-Micron Breakroom Merchandiser Job Overview TVC desires to hire a reliable and customer focused Breakroom Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for stocking and maintaining vending machines, coolers, and micro-markets at various client locations. In addition, the assignment will also include actions to ensure all breakroom areas are clean and organized. Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (The days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Wednesday and Sunday off.) Wage: $20.00 Hr. W/Benefits Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Restock vending machines and micro-market displays with snacks, beverages, and other items. * Rotate stock to ensure freshness and remove expired or damaged products. * Maintain clean and organized product displays that meet company standards. * Perform light cleaning and basic maintenance of vending machines and equipment. * Track inventory and usage and report restocking needs to the warehouse supervisor. * Provide friendly and professional customer service at all assigned locations. * Follow assigned routes and complete service stops in a timely manner. * Report equipment issues and keep accurate records. * Respond to all communications with the customer and with fellow team members in a prompt and respectful manner. * Complete other duties assigned by management. Required Knowledge and Skills: * Highly organized, detail oriented, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently toward the completion of assigned duties. * Willing to show initiative in finding solutions to challenges encountered while conducting interactions with customers. * Must be able to lift 40 lbs. on a consistent basis, push/pull heavy carts, and stand/walk for 90% or more throughout the day. * Possess a willingness and ability to operate material handling equipment, ie. handcarts, pallet jack. * Must pass a background check prior to being hired. * Must pass a DOT assessment prior to being hired. * Must sign a non-compete clause. Work Environment Primary duties will involve working at up to three different customer locations, although some duties may occur at the company's main office. Business casual attire is acceptable, and the wearing of company attire is encouraged. Following all safety and health protocols while at work is expected from all employees.
