We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of sharing Keel Farms' unique offerings with businesses across the region and beyond. Position Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our presence primarily in on-premise accounts such as bars, restaurants, and hotels, with additional responsibility for select off-premise accounts including grocery and liquor stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and understands both on- and off-premise beverage sales environments. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage on-premise accounts including bars, restaurants, and hotels * Manage select off-premise accounts such as grocery and liquor stores * Build strong relationships with owners, managers, and beverage decision-makers * Present and sell Keel Farms wine and cider products through tastings, menu placements, displays, and promotions * Execute sales strategies to increase distribution, volume, and brand visibility across assigned accounts * Work closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure proper product placement, pricing, and execution * Maintain accurate account records, pricing, and sales activity reporting * Represent the brand professionally at tastings, events, and industry functions Qualifications * Prior sales experience in wine, beer, spirits, or hospitality preferred * Understanding of both on-premise and off-premise sales channels * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently * Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory * Passion for craft beverages and the hospitality industry What We Offer * Competitive compensation (base salary + commission/bonus structure) * Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) * Opportunity to represent a respected, growing craft brand How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and brief cover letter outlining relevant experience and interest in Keel Farms wine and cider.
