You'll ensure that every customer interaction -- from first inquiry to post-sales follow-up -- feels smooth, personal, and aligned with our values of Respect, Team Spirit, and Ownership. How you will make a difference * Serve as a front-line resource for prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the early stages of the sales journey. * Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and email with accuracy, empathy, and urgency. * Prepare and follow up on sales quotations in collaboration with Sales Engineers and Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer needs are fully met. * Assist in qualifying leads and understanding customer goals to ensure the right-fit solution is offered. * Log all activities and customer interactions in CRM to ensure visibility and alignment across the business. * Proactively follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as gather feedback for continuous improvement. * Partner closely with the North American Sales Manager and the Customer Experience Manager to identify opportunities for enhanced service and support. * Maintain product and application knowledge to build credibility and trust with customers. This role demands ownership, hustle, and a passion for building strong customer relationships. * Communication - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, both in-person and remote are required. Conciseness and clarity are valued. Presentation and public speaking skills are highly valued. * Project Management - We need an advocate for the voice of the customer during projects, someone who can keep the internal team on track to meet the customer's performance and delivery expectations. * Technical Prowess - Engineering, mechanical or electrical background preferred. Ability to understand how components integrate into larger systems is expected. Willingness to learn engineering related topics that may not already be mastered is required. *Software, Systems & Tools Proficiency *- Moderate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office is expected; experience using IFS, IFS CRM, or any other CRM platforms is a massive plus. * Education - Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year College or university in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field is preferred. * Experience - 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Technical Support is preferred. Experience in a B2B or manufacturing setting is preferred. Pay will be based on qualifications and experience. * Location: This role will work from the Deublin Company global headquarters in Waukegan, IL.
