The Sales Role Hiring Immediately - As a full-time entry level sales representative, we're laying the foundation for you to thrive in more than just your current position. You will receive comprehensive training on all of our products, services, communication skills, negotiation tactics, and sales strategies. Responsibilities * Development and implementation of sales strategies * Promoting our services and offers to qualified potential clients * Participation in continual sales training and coaching * Sales Development through Prospecting and Closing * Educate homeowners on the Kind Sales Process * Team building and mentorship Qualifications * Advanced communication skills * Self-motivated, goal focused and career motivated * Coachable and ability to learn wide range of skills that will overlap with future career opportunities * Outgoing and ability to connect quickly with others * BA/BS Preferred, but not required * Successful Track Record of Team Success Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $57,784 + Commission * Average earning potential: $65,000-$120,000 * Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision) * PTO & Parental Leave * Personal Wellness Financial Account * Access to 401k and 4% Match * Mileage Reimbursement * First Right to Interview for Other Positions * Opportunities for Growth within the Company If you're passionate about serving others and being part of a team then we'd love to chat with you and see if this position might be a good fit.
