Health Insurance Sales Representative (1099 Contractor) Location: U.S.-Based In-Person Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: 100% Commission-Based + Residuals + Performance Bonuses Experience Level: Entry-Level to Experienced Licensing: License required (we offer sponsorship for qualified applicants) About the Role FreedInsure is expanding nationwide and hiring independent contractors to join our team of licensed health insurance brokers. This is a 1099 commission-based sales opportunity designed for motivated individuals who want a real, structured way to succeed in insurance sales -- with no gimmicks or recruiting requirements. You will help individuals and families enroll in major medical, life, and supplemental insurance plans. The role involves a mix of cold calling , warm lead follow-up , and digital marketing outreach. While prior experience helps, we provide comprehensive training and lead support. What You'll Be Doing * Outbound calls to prospects (cold and warm) * Follow-up with inbound leads, referrals, and digital form submissions * Assess client needs and explain available insurance plans * Enroll clients into ACA, PPO, Life, and Supplemental coverage * Use CRM tools for follow-up, compliance, and case management * Participate in ongoing sales and product training sessions This is not a call center role -- you manage your schedule and outreach volume independently.
