Featuring fully stocked snack/beverage rooms, a 5-hole disc golf course, and a telepresence robot, our location boasts 15,000 sq. ft that blends collaborative spaces, "clean spaces" for independent projects and production space. We continue to develop the layout of our office for idea generation and collaborative work. Day-to-Day * Account Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned accounts, becoming their go-to resource for projects of all sizes. * Needs Assessment: Engage with customers to thoroughly understand their challenges and goals, using strategic questioning to uncover opportunities for growth and tailored solutions. * Accurate Order Processing: Ensure all quotes and orders are entered with precision to prevent disruptions for the quotes, production, and customer experience teams. * Value Creation: Communicate how our products and services address customer pain points, highlighting the unique advantages that set us apart from competitors. * Customer Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor account performance, identify potential issues, and address them to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Onboarding & Execution: Guide customers through the onboarding process and implement strategies that maximize the value of our offerings, ensuring successful project completions and deal closures. * Account Growth Strategy: Differentiate between transactional and growth-focused accounts, developing personalized strategies to increase revenue year-over-year. * Referrals & Networking: Leverage existing relationships to generate referrals, elevate relationships within customer organizations, and capitalize on opportunities for account expansion. * Strategic Growth Mindset: Approach each customer relationship with a long-term, growth-oriented strategy, seeking ways to enhance their experience and drive mutual success. * Feedback & Communication: Clearly convey project requirements, provide valuable product feedback, and communicate support needs to internal teams to guarantee project success. * Internal Collaboration: Partner with quoting, logistics, and payment teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction, enabling you to focus on account growth and sales. Required Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a B2B environment. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate quote and order processing. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. * Inquisitive mindset with strong problem-solving skills; ability to dig deep to understand customer needs. * Ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop actionable plans.
