Inside Sales Representative - Dealer Channel OTE: $80,000-$120,000
About the Role
Tuff Jug is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Dealer Channel to actively manage and grow dealer accounts. This role owns dealer activation, reorders, and is directly responsible for driving consistent monthly revenue. This is a revenue-driving position with meaningful upside for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer accounts
- Proactively drive dealer reorders through outbound calls and emails
- Convert distributor and trade show leads into active dealers
- Educate dealers on SKUs, pricing tiers, and freight options
- Identify upsell opportunities (additional SKUs, accessories, pallet buys)
- Track pipeline, activity, and performance in CRM
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers What Success Looks Like
- Dealers reorder consistently without escalation
- Dealer revenue grows month over month
- Dealers view you as their primary contact at Tuff Jug
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years inside sales or account management experience
- Proven success with outbound sales activity
- Experience with dealer, wholesale, or distributor channels preferred
- Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills
- Results-driven mindset
Compensation
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000-$120,000
- Base salary + commission or performance-based incentives
