Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business and fostering relationships with clients in need of restoration services. Your responsibilities will encompass both inside and outside sales efforts, targeting residential and commercial properties that have experienced damage from floods, fires, or mold. Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals. * Utilize a proactive approach to generate leads and uncover opportunities for restoration services. * Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' restoration needs through on-site visits and consultations. * Clearly articulate the scope of services and benefits to clients, addressing their concerns and providing tailored solutions. * Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight our company's expertise, capabilities, and success stories. * Effectively communicate the value proposition of our restoration services to potential clients. * Closing Deals: Employ strong negotiation skills to close sales and secure contracts with clients. * Work closely with clients to address any objections and provide solutions that meet their specific needs. * Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance agents, and other key stakeholders in the restoration industry. * Foster repeat business and referrals through exceptional customer service.
