Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager Full-Time | Hybrid After 90 Days Louisville, KY We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established insurance brokerage seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager for its Louisville office. This is a senior-level client service role with long-term growth potential for professionals interested in mentorship and future leadership opportunities. Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts * Handle renewals, endorsements, new business, and policy changes * Analyze client exposures and recommend appropriate coverage solutions * Partner with producers, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver excellent service * Provide informal mentorship to team members as needed * Ensure compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements Qualifications * 5+ years of commercial lines account management experience * Active Property & Casualty license required * Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products * Agency experience required * Applied Epic experience strongly preferred * Erie Insurance experience a plus * Team leadership or management experience is a bonus , not required * Strong communication, organization, and client service skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Louisville, KY 40207
