Position Summary As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our company -- a trusted advisor helping homeowners navigate roofing inspections, insurance claims, and replacements. This role offers the freedom to set your own schedule, earn a great income, and enjoy quality family time while being of service to others. Compensation is 100% commission-based , with referral and bonus opportunities. We focus on education and customer service -- not high-pressure sales. Key Responsibilities * Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking. * Educate homeowners on roofing options and insurance claim processes. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth project delivery. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
