About the Opportunity GuidetoInsure is growing and looking for motivated sales professionals ready to build a long-term career in life insurance. No license? No problem. We provide paid training and full support to help you get licensed and confident before you ever speak with clients. This is a W2 inside sales role with inbound, warm leads only -- no cold calling and no prospecting. Once licensed, you'll help clients understand their life insurance options and guide them to coverage that fits their needs. If you have sales experience (especially phone or call-center sales) and want a stable role with uncapped earning potential , this could be a great fit.
